GBA Supports NGO Submission to ECCC on Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS)
GBA joined a group of Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), led by Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) and Clean Production Action, to request action from Environment & Climate Change Canada (ECCC) on controlling Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). PFAS are a group of highly toxic, carcinogenic chemicals that can easily be controlled, as there are alternatives available for their industrial applications.
