High Water Levels - Prepare for Extremes
An article in the New York Times is warning that extremes may be the new norm as Great Lakes water levels are poised to break records again this year. As global warming continues to cause extreme fluctuations in weather and water levels, local governments and lakeside business and property owners must develop a game plan to adapt to and mitigate all the potential impacts.
