Ontario Elections Primer
As you know, an Ontario provincial election has been called for June 12, 2014. Attached below is a GBA Primer that we have prepared on some issues of importance to Georgian Bay that association members could consider raising with their candidates. Of particular interest are the two proposed Acts – Great Lakes Protection Act and the Invasive Species Act. As well, we want to draw your attention to the concerns with the level of support for the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of Natural Resources.
